RESTRICTIONS
Peak Season: 25% reservation fee from your total accommodation bills.
Non-Peak Season: 15% reservation fee from your total accommodation bills.
- We accept reservation even without reservation fee; however, we can’t guarantee.
- Our Ocean view and Poolside room is very limited and we shall require reservation fee in order to block the room.
- Cancellation Policy: reservation fee is not refundable if cancellations notice receive 7 days prior to date of arrival.
Early Notice: 50% of the reservation fee will forfeit for early cancellation notice
Early Check out: We shall require 50% payment from room reserved total bills
No-Show: 100% non-refundable
